Whether you want to learn to swim, improve your stroke, enter an event or prepare for a triathlon, we can help. Learn at your own pace in a 1:1 lesson or small group. All abilities welcome. 4 - 104 years old catered for.

Outdoor Swimming
Are you tempted to dip your toe in the sea, move your pool swimming to the fabulous outdoors, learn open water swim skills for an event, or just feel supported to gain confidence in an outdoor environment? Would you like to join us on one of our wee swim adventures or long weekend swim trips? We offer 1:1 and small group sessions

Aquaphobia Courses
If you have a fear of water, you're not alone. It's estimated 13.8 million people in the UK are afraid to get into a swimming pool. With our certified Aquaphobia Coach we will develop an individual plan helping you learn how to overcome your fear.
Approach your goals with so much passion that you forget to ask if they're possible.
